In this Yoga Foundations session we will explore the principles of yoga, with options given for those who already have an established yoga practice.
We will practice gentle movement, breathing, and meditation techniques. This community based session is suitable for beginners and for those wanting to build their yoga practice.

Bryony Morris is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and graduated with an 18 month Yoga diploma with Yogacampus UK in March 2019. Bryony is the Founder of Body Mind Collective and her classes are community focused and not-for-profit, she is trauma informed and a Mental Health First Aider. Bryony delivers breath-led movement sessions, chair and adaptive yoga, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra; she also delivers regular workshops and weekend retreats. There are sessions suitable for all levels, which aim to be inclusive and accessible.
