We practise relaxation, breathing, and physical postures to relax the body and focus the mind. You will feel rejuvenated and energised after each lesson. I also offer private lessons where you choose your own day and time. We practise in our location in Alcudia or I can go to your place near Alcudia.

If you are interested in practising yoga to improve your fitness, or for relaxation, I am offering lessons for individuals or groups I have been teaching for more than 10 years, specialising in Beginners of all ages and Seniors. If you are more experienced, our lesson can be customised in order to practise at a higher intensity. After every lesson, you will feel refreshed, have more energy and feel mentally rested. You can come to our own location or we can practise at your own hotel or villa in or near Alcudia.
