Yoga is an excellent, low impact form of exercise for the mind, body and soul that has been practiced for many years by people of all ages, shapes and sizes.
This class comprises of flowing sequences and linking movement with the breath. I offer a variety of modifications and progressions to suit all levels of practice and beginners are welcome.
We do standing, balancing and seated postures which aim to increase mental calmness, flexibility and strength, decrease stress, reduce joint and lower back pain and improve breathing, lung function and body awareness.
