Yoga classes suitable for all abilities and no precious yoga experience is needed.
Monday 7pm Gentle Yoga + Relaxation
Tuesday 6pm Yoga/Pilates Mix
Wednesday 7pm Yoga
All classes are 45 minutes long and take place in the upstairs function room at the Dorman's Club TS5 5DT
Covid precautions are in place so you will need your own mat and places must be prebooked, you can book up to 3 spaces for each class here:
