YOGA & Mindfulness near Tunbridge Wells

Passionate about the endless benefits of yoga, I have been practising over 25 years. This includes 5 years of excellent British Wheel of Yoga teacher training with Zoe Knott, Bob & Be Insley & Antonia Boyle. I have also trained to teach Mindfulness Meditation with Clear Mind Institute and the Centre for Mindfulness, Research and Practice at Bangor University. I am trained to teach 11-18 year olds through the Teenyoga Foundation and .b Mindfulness in Schools Project. I also teach outdoor yoga and mindfulness in nature classes anne courses. Everyone is welcome to my classes/workshops and courses. Booking required.
