CLASSES RUN THROUGHOUT JUNE, JULY AND SEPTEMBER
Come and enjoy outdoor yoga in the most beautiful surroundings before the gardens are open to the public. Each class is dictated by the weather; on mats on the lawn if warm and sunny; a yoga walk around the gardens if a little chilly; or under the marque if a little wet. Classes may include flowing movements with the breath, standing postures, breath work, guided relaxation or walking meditation.
Classes will run throughout June, July and September £8 per class which includes entry into the gardens which you can continue to enjoy after the class has finished. No need to book - just turn up! A limited number of mats are available to use, which can also be put under your own mat if you prefer.
