I have been practicing yoga for 25 years and have seen the benefits in my life and others.
I am a member of The British Wheel of Yoga and also have mindful meditation experience. My yoga is based on Wanda Scaravelli's style - I use the breath to move into poses. I aim to create flexibility, strength, calmed breath, relaxation. I offer classes, one to one lessons and private group sessions
