It’s just for mums and all about the mums. This class is especially designed to pamper You- new mum and let you relax, breath, stretch and tone. With especially selected yoga poses we focus on your core and back, neck and shoulders, and work on your hips.
Although the class is designed to suit needs of new mums, we welcome moms of babies, tots, preschoolers, school-aged children and beyond to workout together in this mum only class.
