Yoga nidra and meditation will leave you feeling calm, centred and relaxed. No need for yoga experience, we don't do specific yoga postures. The class starts with gentle movements and stretches to loosen the body, followed by meditation (breathing meditation, guided visualisations and mindful movement) followed by yoga nidra. Yoga nidra means yoga sleep - yet we do not sleep, we take the brain to a sleep state yet remain awake and alert. Working on the subconscious mind to bring about positive changes to your life and state of mind.

I'm a yoga teacher offering weekly classes and 1-1's in and around Surrey. I have trained with the Yoga Rhythm School in Surrey (www.yogarhythm.org) and offer hatha based classes. My classes involve relaxation, mindfulness, breathing techniques, energy medicine and yoga asana. My aim is to create an environment that offers space to breathe and move away from distractions of the modern world, bringing you back to your best and radiant self.
I have trained with Starchild Yoga to teach children age 3-teens and am available to work in schools and with children's clubs.
