Yoga nidra is generally performed laying down under a blanket etc
It is a listening and feeling only meditation, no movement required so is suitable for those after a long day, returning to sessions after illness and all those whom wish to relax deeper and release stress and renew yourself

Pre pandemic used to travel internationally where ive taught in Colombia and completed teacher trainings in Europe etc
Main yoga styles and influences , Ashtanga and Haha , also qualified in Kundalini
