In these sessions we will utilise all the blankets, sheepskins, pillows and cushions we can find to create nests within which we can rest deeply and profoundly. Yoga Nidra is a powerful therapeutic state of consciousness which brings about healing, insight and empowerment. It brings us home to our deeper selves and has many gifts to offer. These yoga nidra sessions will include a simple short posture practice to prepare the mind and body to rest comfortably with ease as well as a chocolate meditation at the end to reground and reconnect to your external senses before you venture back out into the outside universe.
