Zoe Gallagher - Vajrasati Yoga
My classes focus on using the breath and sensations in the body, leading us towards total absorption, relaxation and freedom. This mindful practice is both uplifting and soothing. Beginners welcome.
I've been practicing yoga for 20 years and have a 500 hour Vajrasati teaching qualification, registered with Yoga Alliance UK.
