In this class you will be taken through each Yoga pose (asana) slowly and mindfully; the transitions from pose to the next is like one long slow graceful dance.
Build a stronger body while releasing tension and flow your way into a more blissful state!
You will learn about deepening your breath and how it anchors you in your body, helping you to live more in the present moment.
This class is suitable for beginners with little or no yoga experience however the most experience yoga practitioner will also be challenged as sometimes less is more.
