I run vinyasa yoga classes at Alton Community Centre on a Monday evening 7-8pm and Saturday morning 9-10am.
Classes are £5 pay as you go, there's no commitment, just come along on the day.
Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links the breath with movement, with focus on inhaling and exhaling as you move from one pose to the next.
The continual flowing movements of vinyasa yoga help stretch and elongate your muscles while they are being strengthened, allowing you greater mobility and range of motion.
Different poses utilize body resistance while placing stress on muscles and fatiguing them, helping to increase muscle strength, balance and posture.
