Block of 10 classes do not need to be used consecutively. They are just a prepaid method.
Working on technique and strength, posture focus and flow, breath and relaxation! The whole package!
Mondays class is slightly slower and beginner friendly. 6-7pm at Harmony, 103c Bancroft.
Fridays class is mixed ability, in beautiful candlelight for a deeply focused practise. 10 - 11am at The Market Theatre, Sun Street.
