Hi I am Lucy and I have been practicing Yoga since 1993 and have been a Complementary, Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist since 1999. My styles of Yoga are Hatha and Vinyasa and have an influence of Iyengar Yoga. I have also studied other styles including Ashtanga and Dru Yoga. I cater for all levels, from novice to experienced practitioners and teach classes, 1-2-1 and small groups. I draw from all my experience not only from Yoga, but from my therapy background, to give you an informed understanding of the many facets of Yoga and it's benefits.
