1-2-1 Yoga therapy allows your specific needs to be met. I work individually with you as a whole entity - physically, mindfully or spiritually, as feels appropriate for you. The tools of yoga therapy, such as active postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation and sound therapy, help to bring you back to balance with a greater sense of focus and freedom. It promotes natural well being, health and fitness from the body-mind's own innate healing ability. It is simple and accessible to everyone of all ages and wellness and can compliment any other treatment or therapies you may be engaged in.
An established health care system in the East over millennia, it is used with increasingly great effect in the West. Example uses include:
Stress, anxiety, depression, posture / gait imbalances, back ache, fatigue, headache / migraines, ME, trauma or PTSD cardiac recovery, high / low blood pressure, neurological rehabilitation. It can help deal with the challenges of serious illnesses such as cancer and general 'stuckness' or feeling unwell that the medical system may seem to hold no answers for.
Any day of the week is possible. Initial session 1.5 hours £45 including initial consultation. Subsequent sessions 1hour 15 min £40. Sessions can take place at the studio or at your home.

1-2-1 Yoga Therapy sessions prescriptively use practices such as asana poses, mindfulness, breathing & meditation to address specific illnesses and issues and to promote wellness. Classes focus on a particular approach such as pregnancy or postnatal yoga, stress or chronic fatigue, Parkinson's or pain management . Natural food, environments, movement & living can enhance this return to your natural balance.

Lez has studied in a range of yoga disciplines. Key studies have been with Paul Dallaghan in Ashtanga Yoga (Yoga Alliance teacher training), working and living at Samahita Yoga Thailand and therapeutic studies with Yogacampus London, completing a diploma in Yoga Therapy. She is also a trained Thai Yoga Massage therapist. As a keen outdoor Being Lez has world class accomplishments in sailing and windsurfing and is also a BSUPA paddle board teacher. She lives by the sea & woodlands.
