This class is a blend of Gentle Yoga postures and Restorative poses that will leave you with the feeling of having had a holistic massage. While we practice flowing and still exercises we pay attention to our breathing and centering. Pranyama, breathing techniques and aguided relaxation will lead us to the end of the class.
