Catherine offers classes, courses and retreats for health and wellness. Offering Hatha Vinyasa Flow style yoga and mindfulness meditation practice.
She teachers mixed level classes, including beginner's and new to yoga in the South Oxfordshire/Wiltshire area. In private, public and corporate settings.

With a background in Health, previously working as a nurse in the NHS, she is passionate about health and feeling good. Life can and should be a joy. Yoga supports all our health needs and much more. People always leave feeling "better", more energised, relaxed and calm after a yoga class.
