We take poses both statically and dynamically and utilise the breath throughout according to our own individual needs.

I discovered Yoga when I was 15 years old and had been diagnosed with a condition in my spine that required surgery. I refused the surgery and was informed I would be in a wheel chair by the age of 30, now and 40 years later I am still standing thanks to Yoga :)
For 15 years I was a full time Yoga Teacher/Therapist at Young Epilepsy working with a wide range of conditions including epilepsy, autism, challenging behaviour and set up the Yoga department for both the school and the college. I also provided classes for the staff at Young Epilepsy
