Yoga classes are held in the fitness studio at Barnsdale Hall Hotel on Mondays & Saturdays , classes are on a pay as you go basis . I have been practicing yoga for 40 years and did my teacher training 30 years ago with The British School of Yoga .

Monday’s 9.30am 1 hour Hatha yoga at Cottesmore Community Centre , Rutland LE15 7DH. £7
Tuesday 8.30am 38 minutes Hatha yoga class on zoom . £3.50
Tuesday 7pm 1 hour Hatha / flow yoga , Whitwell Rutland , £7
Saturdays 9.30am 1 hour Hatha yoga at Cottesmore Community Centre ,Rutland LE15 7DH . £7
Classes are ran on a turn up and pay basis at Cottesmore .
