Lindi teaches Hatha yoga for all abilities - beginners and those returning to yoga are welcome. In her class she creates a friendly atmosphere so that her students can develop flexibility and strength with the postures, explore breath awareness with the breathing practices and discover how to find an inner calm with relaxation and meditation. She has been practicing yoga for more than 30 years and trained with Friends of Yoga Society International (FRYOG) completing a 200-hours Hatha teacher training over two years. And then to further her knowledge, she completed a 100-hour Anusara Immersion course in Ubud, Bali with the Bridget Woods Kramer School of Yoga (Yoga Alliance).
