Yoga with Mo - Simply Yoga Mo

Mo teaches her weekly yoga classes every Thursday where you can join her yoga community at The Aboyne Community Shed.

Her classes run for one hour:
10.00am - 11.00am and 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Yoga for every Body, every soul and suitable for all levels, abilities and age.

She teaches traditional Hatha yoga in an easy to follow way. Her classes incorporate yoga postures to build strength and tone the body. Breath work to energise the body. Meditation inviting a calmer headspace and relaxation to ease tension.

In addition Mo offers online restorative yoga classes every month on a Monday evening 6.30pm - 8.00pm. Here you can find that quiet place for you, that stillness, that freedom for your body and mind leading to a better night's sleep.

Private 1:1 yoga classes are available too, bespoke and tailored to suit the individual student.

Mo also offers Chair Based Yoga
🔅Maybe you are recovering from an injury and need that extra support.
🔅Maybe you are recovering from post-op surgery.
🔅Maybe you need the support of a chair for a standing balance.
🔅Maybe you sit at a desk for a long time and have tight shoulders
🔅Maybe you just prefer to sit on a chair instead of the floor.
🔅Maybe you would like just coming to an hour of gentle yoga.

Her Chair yoga classes are every Wednesday at The Aboyne Community Shed.
Class times are 1.00pm - 2.00pm.

For the Spring and Summer months in the Ballroom at Glen Tanar and online only for the darker evenings October through until March.
