We are a small but established dance and fitness studio just off Mapperley top. We offer yoga, Pilates, children's and adult dance classes, we have three local yoga teachers who offer classes throughout the week. We also have Yoga for you and bring baby and pregnancy yoga as well.
Each of our teachers are unique and differ slightly.
