Sam First discovered yoga at Miraval Resort in Arizona and has since accrued 20 year practise, with Iyengar training, and then on to master a softer approach with Simon Lowe at Triyoga in Primrose Hill, attaining the Yoga Academy Qualification. After a wonderful teacher training with Eric Schiffman, in California, Sam added his qualification , called Freestyle Yoga to her repertoire . Sam is always looking to find new ways of enhancing yoga and meditation, and spent time with Judith Lassiter in Montana, embracing her ethos and vast knowledge. Sam has taught at various venues throughout her career, including Virgin Fitness in Notting Hill, Elstree Studios , Destiny in Radlett, and her various in house classes in London and Hertfordshire. She has been teaching at DESTINY in Brixham for over a decade. She has well established classes, and teaches private classes for those who want more intense supervision. Sam is also qualified in Yoga Anatomy 101 with Paul Grilly, and Yoga Dance teaching with Shiva Rea.
