Yoga and Pilates bring so many benefits and gifts. I have practiced myself for many years and taught for 15. My yoga roots are Ashtanga which evolved into Vinyasa Flow Yoga (poses sequenced together) which gives a sense of seamless movement linked to the breath with a backdrop of inspiring music. I qualified with Brian Copper and went on to learn more about Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers. Yin Yoga is a blissful practice where we hold the postures for 3 to 5 minutes. My style of Pilates as a sense of flowing movement which threads the class together giving a sense of rythm and harmony.
