This class focuses on co-ordinating breath and movement to build strength and flexibility, we like to use a variety of props in class to work into and adapt postures. The class finishes with relaxation with attention to breathing.

I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and teach Hatha yoga, my classes are inspired by modern Scaravelli yoga which is based around functional body movement. Continuous training and additional courses both in the realm of yoga and acupuncture influences my practice and teaching. Classes are Oving VIllage Hall, HP22 4HD and St Dunstans Hall in Monks Risborough, HP27 9JF.
