Hi, I'm Sarah, and I am passionate about yoga because, for the past 40 years, I have lived and experienced the many benefits that practising yoga gives us, and I have had the privilege of sharing my passion with my wonderful students since 2010.
I teach both mat-based and chair yoga, and am also qualified to teach yoga nidra, restorative, yin and somatic yoga. In 2015, I qualified as a yoga therapist (550 hours, over 2.5 years) and I bring my knowledge of therapeutic yoga into my classes.
All of my classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, as postures are modified accordingly to individual ability.
Because yoga is so vast, classes vary every week, however they always include asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness/ meditation and relaxation. Every term also includes yin, restorative, mudra, mantra and yoga nidra.
If you would like to discover the myriad benefits of a regular yoga practice for yourself, it would be wonderful to assist you with your practice.
With warm wishes, Sarah.
