Having qualified as a Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga Deborah teaches in various locations in and around the Wimborne, Corfe Mullen and Poole area. Deborah does not adhere to one kind of yoga but takes her inspiration from many schools and teachers that she says she has had the privilege of working with. Currently she is particularly inspired by the teachings of Erich Schiffmann and Donna Farhi who she believes both really understand and can translate the essence of what yoga is.
Deborah aims to combine the ancient tradition of yoga with its many benefits with modern contemporary living.
New class start ups, one to one coaching and yoga to compliment specialist sports are all available.
