My name is Kat Frost and I have been teaching yoga for six years. I am qualified to teach children's yoga and ante-natal yoga.
I teach Hatha Yoga, Pilates and Yogalates. My classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience and I make sure that all students are practising safely and to a level which will give them the most enjoyment and benefit from the classes.
