Classes combine yoga for mum and yoga for babies. Classes are very relaxed and will go at the pace of the babies. Each week we will go through breathing techniques; postures for baby; postures for mum and baby and postures for mum. We will work on building strength and gently working on BAPs (Back, abs and pelvic floors).
Each week we will also have time for a cuppa and snack! ☕🍪
Classes are suitable from 6 weeks old (8-10 weeks if C Section).
