An invigorating class based on coaxing our bodies into anatomically correct and healing postures, making space for our joints, elongating our muscles, tendons, ligaments, and helping energy flow. Poses have various levels so suits mixed ability. Work at your own level and pace.

Having practiced yoga with different teachers and styles for over 20 years, in Los Angeles and the UK, I qualified as an instructor and love to pass on all I have learned, and to help people make a difference to their lives, health and spirit with yoga.
I teach a mix of yoga styles, suitable for all levels and ages, focussing on awareness, keeping fit and flexible, and being aware of any injuries.
Classes usually are stopped during some school holidays, and public holidays, so please check first. I teach Saturday afternoon themed yoga workshops 3-4 times a year in Old Basing/Basingstoke with a fellow teacher, in order to go deeper into your practice.
