Hi Im Sandi Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. I have been teaching yoga for more than 9 years and practicing personally for almost 30 years now. I have embarked in over 1000 hours of training and workshops and I am continually learning and expanding my practice and knowledge of yoga and have just finished 3 year degree course in Yoga Therapy with the renowned Minded Institute to enable me to bring the healing power of yoga to people challenged with chronic physical and mental health conditions.
I am now teaching back IN PERSON as well as online and welcome you to come and join us at our friendly local community classes for Mindful Slow Yoga flow classes.
There are a variety of classes s uitable for total Beginners and beyond aof all all ages and abilities.
Begiinners and Returners Slow Flow Yoga 7.30pm to 8.45pm at Prestwood Village Hall
Gentle Flow and Restore Yoga - Tuesdays 10.30am at Gt Missenden Tennis Club
Vinyasa Slow Flow - Mondays 6.30pm to 7.30pm in the Holy Trinity Church - Prestwood
Yoga for Men - 7.45 to 8.45pm in the Holy Trinity Church - Prestwood
Vinyasa Slow Flow - Weds mornings 10.00am to 11.00am at Holy Trinity Prestwood
Be prepared to be challenged, yet nurtured as we journey through a series of linked movements that aim to create some breathing space in your life, bringing you to a place of balance, increased strength and mobility both physically and mentally.
