A fun filled birthday party for boys and girls. Children act out their favourite stories using yoga/dance/ music/ mime
Children make their own masks at the beginning of the party to help them get into character.
Themes : Fairy, Princess, Action, Animal, Monster etc,
Lots of fun for the kids and gives parents a chance to get party food ready or entertain their adult guests while the children are being entertained.

Deirdre has an interest in running and dance and has developed specific yoga programmes for runners, golfers, dancers and footballers. She has also worked with the Meath Local Sports Partnership. Deirdre's Classes will aim to build strength, flexibility and balance through a variety of poses.One to one yoga classes are also available.
