Yoga + pilates for a great time on your mat

Hi...I have been practicing and teaching for over 25 years! My classes are all about getting people to "have a go"...so nothing required other than wanting to try :-) My style of yoga is supported by my Hatha Yoga training...but everything I love about all styles/schools of yoga is offered to my students on their mats. I also teach Stretch Therapy and Yin Yoga which are amazing ways to deepen your practice & your understanding of your own body....maybe even finding places you didn't know you had :-)
