This Physio led Yoga class combines the practices of yoga with the science of physiotherapy. It is ideal for anyone who wishes to develop healthier movement, cultivate a stronger mind-body relationship and to live with greater health and wellbeing. The practices are modifiable and especially suit those with aches or pain, individuals post injury/ illness and those new to yoga.

As a Yoga teacher and a Physiotherapist I enjoy teaching therapeutic classes for people with health goals, health conditions or post injury/illness. I have found that Yoga and Physiotherapy combine to make a holistic, effective and enjoyable therapy. I also teach an early morning class to share traditional morning Yoga practices which are a main part of my Yoga practice but not often taught in general classes.
