Join us for six days of exercise, relaxation, exploring and escaping at the Mas De La Serra, a beautifully converted farmhouse nestled between Barcelona and Valencia. The secluded hotel allows you to switch of from the hustle and bustle of life, allowing you to reconnect. The house itself has all the character of a traditional Spanish farmhouse with the luxury you would expect from a boutique hotel. All rooms have double or king size beds and private ensuite bathrooms, with a few optional twin rooms.
The retreat includes a personal fitness & wellness consultation where we will help you to identify your goals for the retreat. A personalised wellness plan will help you to continue with this when you return home.
Retreat numbers are small and friendly, and we welcome all levels of fitness and experience. You will be guided and supported through all the workouts and yoga sessions. There is also plenty of time to relax and enjoy the infinity pool, hot tub, and amazing views. Our Wilderness Retreat is a holiday that will leave you feeling rejuvenated in your body yet calm and relaxed in your mind.
All meals and airport transfers are included in the cost and we are happy to cater for specific dietary needs.

Nathalie has a nurturing attitude and a passion for motivating others. She loves keeping active and making the most of the outdoors but she also embraces the gentler and more contemplative side of yoga and all this brings. She has over 10 years experience as a senior yoga teacher, body worker and personal trainer as well as a teacher. Nathalie draws from all this experience in her yoga classes, training courses and retreats which offer a down to earth, relaxed yet meaningful approach to yoga and wellbeing.
