Come and join us in the glorious Cambrian mountains of Mid Wales for this rejuvenating Spring Retreat weekend. There will be daily, nourishing hatha yoga sessions, delicious vegetarian/vegan locally sourced food, walks, campfires and plenty of opportunity for rest and fresh air. Louise teaches a gentle, flowing style of yoga which is suitable for all levels, including beginners. It is a perfect place to unwind, re-energise and re-connect.

Surrounded by stunning scenery, Tyddyn Retreat is secluded and private, while also being easy to reach – by train (Caersws station 15 mins by taxi or bus x85 which will drop you at the gate), or road (off the A470 ‘spine’ of Wales - now called The Cambrian Way) Caersws is a 3.5 hour train journey from Oxford or London Euston via Birmingham.
