Co-director of Iyengar Yoga Studio West Bridgford with Intermediate Iyengar teacher Geoffrey Fielding, teach a very popular programme of weekly Iyengar Yoga classes in this beautiful fully equipped hand built fully equipped Iyengar yoga studio with views across Bridgford Park. Isabel has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for 23 years and Geoffrey for 13 years, both Isabel and Geoffrey hold the Iyengar Yoga Certification Mark which is the sign of a qualified teacher.
We run weekly classes for beginners, intermediate, advanced students and teachers. Isabel trains Iyengar yoga teachers, and is a qualified Iyengar yoga mentor for Level 1 and Level 2.
Isabel and Geoffrey started practicing Iyengar Yoga together more than 30 years ago, having studied movement before that for many years. Geoffrey practices as a registered Osteopath in West Bridgford and Derby, and Isabel worked as a professional choreographer for 30 years, and is a professional composer and singer. Both as experienced Iyengar yoga teachers specialising in a therapeutic, empathetic, and dynamic approach that bring on total beginners and more advanced students alike.
