We will be practising standing, sitting and inverted, as well as restful and restorative postures. Everyone will work within his or her own capability. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practice.
Cefalù is a charming town on the northern coast of Sicily, about an hour from Palermo and Capo d’Orlando. Cefalù also boasts one of Sicily’s finest beaches, a picturesque fishing port and a medieval quarter with narrow cobbled streets.
Collegio di Maria, an ancient convent, is a unique place to stay in Cefalù. It is dating back to the 15th century and is located in very prominent position in the historic centre directly facing a small beach and a pier.

I obtained the teaching diploma from the British Iyengar Association in 2001. In 2004 I studied directly with the Iyengar family in India. I place importance on my personal practice and take part in advanced workshops held by senior Iyengar teachers. Come to one of my yoga retreats in Umbria or Puglia or a workshop in various European cities. Or take part in my classes in my Camerino studio in the Marche region, or connect to an online session via Zoom.
