Yoga has many benefits physically, mentally, emotionally and for some spiritually. You do not have to be fit, flexible, strong or able-bodied to benefit and enjoy yoga so come and join us for a relaxing weekend filled with yoga, laughter, kindness and friendship.
Each morning we provide a general yoga session and a gentle/remedial session for those less able or not feeling so good that day with teachers who have undertaken extra training in this area. We use a variety of fully qualified teachers from many different schools of yoga with a wide range of experiences, expertise and knowledge to share. Both groups come together in the afternoon for sessions that are suitable for all.
Each day will start with an optional early morning stretch (7am-8am) followed by breakfast. Yoga sessions will then continue throughout the day and participation is voluntary.
There will be some free time for socialising, contemplation or taking a walk in the large well-maintained grounds which has a labyrinth.
Full details on and bookings via the YHET website.
