summer solstice and your own light. To be on retreat means to create a space where you can connect to your authentic self and to what really matters, and can take time to simply breathe.
At this time of long days and short nights, how do you expand your energy and shine your true light? This is not about denying your shadow but unpacking it: exploring how to let go of any aspects that may limit you, like shame or guilt.
You will work with deep three-hour Forrest yoga sessions and shamanic ceremony to explore and let go of any blocks to being the radiant human you are. There will be time off to explore the landscape or to simply relax.
Trigonos Retreat centre is in the Nantlle valley in Snowdonia, amid a stunning landscape of mountains and lakes. The vegetarian food is high quality and delicious, with many of the vegetables grown on site. The ensuite rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are coming by public transport, the nearest train station is Bangor.
You can check in from 3pm on the Thursday, and we’ll start with a Forrest Yoga session at 5pm. The retreat will end after lunch on the Sunday.
