MThe 18 acres of Trigonos land include meadows, woodlands, a walled garden and a stream running down to the lake (Llyn Nantlle Uchaf).
This 2 night retreat will be an opportunity to celebrate Summer in all its abundance,in the beauty of nature and the elements.
Yoga for Summer will be our focus, mantra, asana, flowing sequences, pranayama, meditation, mudras and relaxation. Set in beautiful surroundings, good food and company or quiet time enjoying these longer days. Open heart and mind.
Opportunities to practice yoga, relaxation outdoors and enjoy, also secluded places for quietness and reflection.
The rooms available are as follows:
2 single semi-ensuites - The 2 rooms which are semi-ensuite have their own toilet and basin but share a bathroom.
1 single non ensuite. There are 3 people in this building altogether which includes 1 of the singles.

in Dol Wennol and share 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets.

The price includes:
All meals which are vegetarian and local produce is used where possible.
Accommodation has no single supplement .Yoga sessions at least 4 plus lots more.
Price £240 for semi ensuite/single and £225 twin non-ensuite
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure one of the places which are limited so please book early. The remainder is due 6 weeks before the start of the retreat.
