This retreat is about finding time and space to be quiet and to witness. As the mind quietens, our spirit springs forth and offer insights. Simple exploration of oneself by being at the Spirited Earth venue; and through Body, Breath, Mind and Energy awareness, will reward all with some insightful life guiding experiences.
Practices during the retreat will include:

• Relaxation - Yoga Nidra, Silent sittings / Meditation
• Being with Nature, Spirited sharings
• Karma Yoga “relaxation in action, action in relaxation” and more…
Manish is a qualified yoga instructor and a complementary therapist with over 30 years of experience. His journey has been one of integrating authentic spiritual practices with personal experiences. He has led many workshops and retreats (locally and internationally), and is unique in his guidance and sharing. His emphasis is on presenting these practices simply and with clarity.
This retreat will be ideally suited for regular yoga practitioners, yoga teachers and other energy-based practitioners. First time retreaters are welcome. This retreat will be for maximum 16 participants. Please register your interest early.

After graduation I embarked on a career in the IT Consultancy sector. I gradually stepped up the corporate ladder working with City based financial institutions. I always felt something was missing and took a sabbatical year in 1992 when I did my first yoga teacher training programme at SVYASA Yoga Institute and my passion for yoga developed further at the Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda Yoga) in India. My experiences of yoga both on and off the mat kindled an inner flame and the practice of energy healing resonated deeply within me. Over the years, I have received further guidance in the complementary practices of Yoga, Energy Healing and Massage.
Today I am dedicated to my practice and guide those who too are searching.
