4th – 6th September or 9th - 11th October 2015 At the Haybergill Rural Centre in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside near Appleby
So you have been there for everyone else – how about time for you? Why not get away from it all? Make time for yourself. Would you like to enjoy some relaxing time out in the country to nourish body, mind & soul? Then join in a relaxing weekend, featuring Yoga, Meditation Relaxation, Yoga Philosophy holistic treatments and walks in the Cumbrian countryside
The price includes:
• Delicious food from Haybergill’s very own recipe book. Meals (all home-cooked, and where available, organic produce is used; vegetarians and special dietary requirements can be catered for). 2 evening meals – 2 breakfasts -2 lunches
• Warm and comfortable accommodation in twin-bedded rooms (all en-suite). A limited number of single rooms are available. Single room supplement applies. First come first served. Single room supplement £50.00
• Use of the Centre’s sauna and games room.
• Yoga and meditation sessions throughout the week end stay – led by Karen
• A fire circle evening
To be organised and not included in price holistic treatments including Massage.
Places are limited and a non- refundable deposit of 50.00 to reserve you place. Final payment due 1st July Car share can also be arranged wherever possible.
Arrival 5.30-6pm - evening meal provided at 7pm
Depart Sunday Lunch provided – depart time 4pm

The Yoga Place

After qualifying as a yoga teacher in India –Karen has had 14 years of practice and teaching in many parts of the world. She teaches a style of yoga that is varied and grounded in the principles of Hatha Yoga but fused with elements of Ayurvedic teachings , restorative yoga, sivananda and Tibetan Yoga. Karen is also a qualified BWY Teacher and a qualified teacher BWY in Yoga for pregnancy


Qualifications: BWY (Diploma Holder - Qualified Teachers), BWY (Recognised Teaching Certificate), Sivananda Qualification
