Hi I'm Anji, the founder of Anji Rox Yoga. I have the goal to make yoga accessible and fun to all regardless of shape, size and fitness levels. I especially welcomes beginners and improvers and am passionate about making everyone's yoga experience personal and welcoming. I offer a full range of classes for beginners, improvers and pregnancy yoga; including hatha yoga, chakra yoga, yoga Nidra and deeply relaxing yoga retreats. I have been practising yoga for over seventeen years and my own journey through chronic stress, back pain, and injury yoga has brought me to have an amazing sense of wellbeing. My passion for yoga and complementary therapies, including Northern style Thai yoga massage training ensures you will enjoy the yoga classes safely, and feel the benefits of the yoga. Many students say they leave class with improved feelings of wellbeing and relaxation.
