Weekend retreats are a time to relax, rejuvenate and refresh yourself. Spring is all about change and renewal so that’s our theme & we will tailor the yoga & meditation accordingly. We will include daily yoga, some relaxation & meditation, Yoga Nidra and more. There will be free time for yourself to walk through the woods, eat beautiful food (we’re taking our own chef) or take time to just generally relax. In the 4*, very popular & beautiful, barn conversions: Potash Barns, Woodbridge, Suffolk. You will gain some valuable space for yourself & return home with peace of mind, a relaxed body & a fresh perspective.
