Our holiday combines a choice of over 40 hours of yoga workshops led by experienced tutors with opportunities to walk and explore the varied scenic beauty of the Lake District with competent guides. One walk is short and easy paced and one longer and in the fells.
There are 3+ Yoga Sessions daily with nationally known tutors - Different guest tutors each year and returning well-loved ones.
Tutors for 2022 include: Andrew Wren, Sonia Allen-Wall, Shakti Bhakti (Helen Barker), Minker Chang, Cheryl Lee-Appleby and Jayadhara (Jane Cluley).
Accommodation is in the comfortable and beautiful surroundings of HF Holidays Hotel at Monk Coniston with single/twin ensuite rooms and delicious home cooked food. Special diets can be catered for.

Hello, my name is Jane (Jayadhara is my spiritual name) and over 30 years I've devoted myself to understanding yoga as a journey of self-discovery using all of its myriad of techniques. I'll be sharing these with you and guiding you step-by-step. My approach is non-dogmatic and classes are inclusive to a wide spectrum of students. I have been teaching yoga since 1988 and am passionate about including all aspects of yoga and ancient wisdom in ways that are accessible to everyone. My teaching is informed by Satyananda Yoga, Yin Yoga, Structural Yoga and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy and is ever evolving.
