The cost includes Yoga classes twice a day, travel within Austria, 2 nights bed and brunch accommodation in a central location of Vienna and 5 nights accommodation in a quiet, secluded area of the Neusiedl National Park. Hello! My name is Rajeet and I have been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 15 years. Yoga has transformed my life emotionally, physically and mentally. At 57 I am more energetic, fit and healthy than I have ever been. My asthma has improved so much that I no longer need to use an inhaler!. Yoga enables me to manage stress effectively, sleep soundly and live in a more mindful way. Many of my regular students have also experienced the transformative power of yoga.
I am a fully qualified and experienced teacher. My teaching is Hatha based and includes postures,pranayama,meditation and relaxation. I also run retreats abroad. The next retreat will take place in May 2024 in Austria.
Classes take place every Saturday morning at 10am during school term time at the Wellingborough museum.
