Sadie Nardini Core strength Vinyasa flow - Qualified August 2014.
Over 24 years experience of yoga classes and workshops
Final qualifcation gained in November 2011

I strongly believe yoga is accessible for every 'body' no matter your size, shape or age, yoga is for you. Yoga can be practised anywhere and does not need any fancy equipment or clothing. Practice in your pyjamas, with a mat for about £10 to do the job.
